      Hey guys welcome to the Rex Penitentiary, its me Mrutyunjoy Sinha but you guys can call me Rex.     So as you guys know this article is about our India and how to make it better in a simplest way I am going to explain it.   We know India is a very safe country but nowadays whats happening we cant say it how much safe it is for all of us when we are even in public place. Yes I am talking about recent Delhi incident. I just got panic attack when I have accidentally watched that video. That 16 years poor girl uff , I watched that video that made me cry. I could not control my tears and my anger. That was public place if some people tried they could save that girl's life. At least if some people throw stones or any hard object there was a little chance but people they just ignore that like nothing happening. That was literally sick.
